These herbs have been chosen for easing menopausal symptoms
because of their time honored use to provide support and relief
during this transitional time. Women are under pressure all the
time in our roles as wives, mothers, grandmothers and friends.
We wanted to provide some relief from the discomfort that this
change of life can make some feel. Many women have received
great benefits from taking the menopause tincture once to twice
a day while symptoms are present.
The recommended dosage is one dropper full in the morning with
breakfast and once again only if needed with dinner. The alcohol
is necessary for the extraction of the medicinal qualities of
the herbs and the best way to take tincture is to put the
dropper full in a cup of hot tea or boiling water to evaporate
off the alcohol. You may also add it to a smoothie or glass of
juice to improve the taste.
